This is Bries.

He's an actor and director based out of Los Angeles and Chicago. Bries came up in rural Iowa and cut his teeth in Chicago storefront theatre for a decade before transitioning to film and television work in both Chicago and L.A.

Bries is most immediately recognizable for his long, rangy physique and his unconventional movement training (a profane mix of Butoh, Clown, and Dada performance), which lends to his experience as both a creature and character actor.

Bries is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, and can be seen on screen in episodes of The Rookie, The Exorcist, and Shameless, as well as in Zack Snyder's space opera Rebel Moon and Rupert Wyatt's sci-fi thriller Captive State. As a creature performer, he has brought to life the work of makeup and FX artists such as Gary Tunnicliffe, Ian Von Cromer, Olga Tarnovetska, and Patrick Bradberry.
